Activities
Five ways to slow down
Meditation, yoga, kundalini activation, sound therapy and a reading workshop to share. Each activity has its own rhythm, but all begin in the same place: pausing and listening to yourself.
Meditation
Guided meditation sessions to train your attention and bring calm to the mind. Suitable for any level; no previous experience needed.
Yoga
A mindful body practice that combines movement, breath and stillness, to build flexibility, strength and presence.
Kundalini activation
Deep energy work that helps move vital energy through the body.
Sound therapy
A sound bath with Tibetan bowls and gongs that induces a state of deep relaxation for body and mind.
Reading workshop
We meet to read and talk about spirituality, healing, philosophy and metaphysics: a space to share readings and perspectives, with no need to have read everything.
Some readings that could open a session:
- The Power of Now — Eckhart Tolle
- The Four Agreements — Don Miguel Ruiz
- The Prophet — Kahlil Gibran
- Letters to a Young Poet — Rainer Maria Rilke
- Autobiography of a Yogi — Paramahansa Yogananda
- The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying — Sogyal Rinpoche
